Job duties:
- Conceptualize corporate identity and develop creative design for company
- Conceptualize, develop and design advertisement, Point-of-Sale materials (POS), brochures, banners, EDMs, press materials and other marketing collateral
- In charge of design layout of graphics (ATL and BTL) on offline/online and in-store and events
- Undertake product photography for press advertisement and public relations

Job duties:
- Achieve all sales targets
- Responsible for retail counter sales
- Build long term relationships with all customers
- Handle customer’s complaints and servicing issues

- Housekeeping on showroom cleanliness and cleaning of jewelry and displaying
- Take charge of showroom register logs and product entry in POS and other system

Job duties:
- Responsible and accountable for all management of jewelry section for designated store
- Responsible for day-to-day operations eg, sales, service, visual merchandise, product assortments, staffing

- Involved in business planning, store operations, training and development and people management
- Ensure all Company’s policies and procedures are implemented as required
- Lead the sales team towards its KPIs and targets set and achieving high level of customer satisfaction

Job duties:
- Plan, manage and execute marketing programs

Job duties:
- Manage a dynamic team and ensure they work effectively with the agencies and internal/ external stakeholders in reaching objectives and that they are developed on time and within budget
- Ensure the team formulate and deliver all the events/programs/campaigns / sponsorship with an effective resolution in a timely fashion which may be customer, media, partnership, technical, legal focused
- Define both the business and consumer strategy formulation in contact with (offline and online channels) and ensure development of plans for the year is followed by the rigorous execution
- Ensure the team is well represented with media, partners, well-promoted with new customers and existing customer-based receive marketing communication (timing, content and frequency) for continued purchase and interest in the brand

- Accurate calendar management

Job duties:
- Redesign and restoration
- Sketching and rendering of jewelry
- Meeting customers and adhering to their design requests and recommendations on up-to-trend jewelry design
- Design, conceptualize and aid in the development of creative jewelry collections, per market trend and season
- Responsible for choice of design and prototypes that translate into wearable successful sale productions
- Work closely with suppliers and other departments/stakeholders to research and develop new designs of jewelry
- Carry out mid-point check during productions to minimize mistake in final product

- Familiar with various manufacturing and prototype process is an added plus
