Caring for your jewelry

Your jewelry is a precious possession and should be taken with proper care for a lasting durability.
  • Do not allow direct sunlight exposure or sudden temperature change to your jewelry especially with delicate gemstones
  • Do not directly apply hair spray, perfumes, lotions or solutions to the jewelry as the chemicals can tarnish and dull the finish of the jewelry
  • Do not practice cleaning remedies at home to avoid permanently damaging the jewellery. Always seek professional assistance. Examples of remedies are using toothpaste, boiling water or glass cleaners
  • Do not wear your jewelry to swim as chlorine will damage your jewelry. Also, avoid direct contact with harsh detergents as it may damage your jewelry
  • Do not store your jewelry altogether as it will scratch one another, ensure that you store your jewelry pieces separately in a pouch or a jewelry box

If you have doubts or not sure on how to care for a specific piece of jewelry, we recommend that you have your jewelry send to our showroom for inspections or to contact a professional jeweler. Do remember it is essential to have your jewelry checked at least once a year for any loose prongs or any general wear and tear conditions. Also visit your jeweler at least every six months to have your jewelry professional cleaned for a lasting shine and brilliance.
