Purchases made through our site should take no longer than a month to reach you. Do bear in mind that if you place a customized order, you will need to give us 4-8 weeks to get your order ready first before we can dispatch your purchase.
6. How much would it cost to have my purchase delivered?
For deliveries in Singapore, we offer free delivery via Speedpost. For deliveries outside of Singapore, your purchase will be delivered to you via FedEx or any other reputable shipping transportation company. Customers will be responsible and will bear the cost for any prevailing duties and taxes/surcharges levied as a result of international orders.

No cancellations to an order can be made. We can make changes to your order if it has yet to be dispatched. If a customized product has been ordered, we will try to accommodate changes as far as possible. However, if the requested product(s) is already is production, accommodating changes will be difficult. Changes in an order will be subject to the discretion of the Management of Dejewel Galleria. 8. Is it possible to change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we will be unable to change your delivery address. Please provide us with a suitable shipping address when placing your order with us online.
9. Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and damages while in transit from Dejewel Galleria to your requested shipping address. Dejewel Galleria is only liable for the product up to the point of delivery. Once your purchase has been signed for upon delivery, it is no longer covered. Please check that the products delivered are in good condition before you sign for the product.
We are unable to entertain any claims or returns for any unsigned products, so please do ensure that you sign for your products upon delivery. If you are looking to insure your product further, we can recommend an agent to you to double the security of your product.
10. How do I return a product(s)?
We do not do exchanges or returns. If, in any case, you receive a product that does not match the description of the product you purchased online or if you receive a defective product upon delivery, only then will we accommodate returns. 1. Will Dejewel Galleria resize my ring for me?
You are entitled to a one-time complimentary ring resize valid within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please refer to our ring sizing chart to find the right fit for you. 2. Can I choose to engrave words to my order?
We provide a one-time complimentary custom-engraving service for all purchases online. Please make known to us the specific word(s) you would like to engrave. We have a font selection of up to 20 types to choose from.
3. Can you design the jewelry to my personal preferences?
Dejewel Galleria always puts customer satisfaction first, and as such, offers extensive customization services. Let us know what your preferences are and the design you are interested in, and we will try to fulfil all your requests to the best of our ability. You can request to alter an existing design to your preferences or you can request to have a new design produced altogether. Please do allow us between 4 – 8 weeks to produce each customized piece.
4. Does Dejewel Galleria’s diamonds and gemstones come with a grading report?
You can rest assured that all of Dejewel Galleria’s products are genuine. All of our diamonds and gemstones come with a detailed Certificate of Guarantee which contains information such as the total gold karat weight and the total diamond/gemstone carat weight. The Certificate of Guarantee is accompanied with an official Dejewel Galleria Seal as proof of the authenticity of the report. If applicable, in International Laboratory Report will be issued to you as well.
5. Can I match the grading report against the purchased diamond/gemstone?
Yes, you can. Every grading report is accompanied by a colour digital image of the stone. This image assists in verifying that the gemstone matches the grading report. The report will list all the important details of the diamond or gemstone, such as the carat weight, colour, clarity, cut as well as the finish.
6. Does sending my jewelry for repairs and/or settings to another jeweler besides Dejewel Galleria void my guarantee?
Dejewel Galleria cannot be held liable for damages that are caused by trying to make modifications to your purchases on your own or through another third party. While you do not have to come to us for repairs and settings, it is advisable that you do so that we and our craftsmen have a complete understanding of your item and can care for and service it to the best of our abilities.

1. How extensive is Dejewel Galleria’s inventory?
We have an extensive inventory, with unique pieces from various collections. There are not more than 2-3 pieces for each design. This exclusivity is just one of the many reasons why our products are extremely sought after. The store carries new designs every two weeks. 2. Are your diamonds all genuine/natural?
Our diamonds are all genuine. Dejewel Galleria always delivers on the promise of quality products. A large collection of our diamond pieces are GIA certified. To assure you of the quality of or products, we issue a Certificate of Guarantee with each purchase. If applicable, an International Laboratory Report will be issued as well.
